It's been about 8 months since we were here last and the casino has added a lot more slot machines to the floor. We had received some free play in the mail and decided to stop by while we were in the area. The two cashiers that assisted my husband and I were like night and day. His cashier, a Native American gal, was friendly, explaining the free play was already on his card and updated his info so he would continue to receive promos in the mail. On the other hand, my cashier, a white heavyset lady with big hair, seemed very putout that I was bothering her. She rudely told me my freebies were on my card and didn't even offer to update my info. After asking about the update, she hatefully stated, "I guess I can do that". This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth for the casino in general. We spent a couple of hours here and enjoyed their nice variety of slots. Fortunately, all the other employees we encountered were very friendly. Worth a stop if in the area.

There are a lot of slot machines, but if you want to play table games, there are very few options/tables. Not as glitzy as Vegas or Atlantic City, but not dirty or anything like that. Not a bad way to kill an hour if you're in Sulphur.

There are a variety of shops at the hotel that provide interesting items for purchase. There are clothing, cookies, special chocolates immediately around the hotel that are interesting to visit. A few minute drive to the Indian museums and village replicas are worth a look see also.

As with most casinos, smoke filled with people who look like they should likely go open a savings account instead with their money. I don't mind donating a $20 spot on occasion. Fun if you can handle thick smoke.

We arrived on a Saturday evening. Valet and check in went very well. I was quite impressed in the cleanliness of our room. Probably one of the nicest boutique hotels I have seen. Casino that night wasn't too mean to us, but as mentioned in another review it's hit and miss. The next morning is where things started going south. We had room service for breakfast. First off the menu in the room and the menu they have are totally opposite. The biscuits and gravy were atrocious. Gravy tasted like straight flour. Hardy and sausage in it either. Hash brown casserole had cold spots in it, as did my eggs. Was completely unimpressed, but hey at least the orange juice was good. After breakfast we took our showers. The shower pressure was nice. For once you don't need to bring a blow dryer. They don't have those crappy was hanging dryers. They actually give you one that you can plug up anywhere in the room, and has a little more power. Don't forget your tooth paste. Front desk didn't have any. We got back down to the casino around 10:30. To my amazement the casino bar wasn't open yet. It ended up not opening until after noon. The bartender was rude. Every time you order something it felt like you were putting her out.Same song and dance at the casino the next day. One exception. Had a machine jam up and took 30 minutes for a hand pay. It was only $20 and I was about to just "donate" it. That evening we decided we would try room service again for dinner. This time we had a correct menu brought up. We ordered a club sandwich and the smother chicken. I highly recommend the smothered chicken and bacon mac and cheese. It was delish! The English peas were a little undercooked. The next morning we got up and left around 6am. Here came the disappointment again. No coffee was made in the lobby. I asked if the restaurant was open. Apparently not until 7:30. The lady who went to get our car from valet was rude. Completely bad way to start my morning. Overall, I met a few rude staff members, but there were some that were outstanding. Parker from room service in particular who brought me a dinner menu! Along with a gaming worker named Brenda. Even though the hand pay took a while it was not her fault. We were waiting on a security guard. Also, if you are a Splenda lover like myself then bring your own. You won't find any here. I wanted to give it 3.5 circles. Just not possible.

We were there for a family event and were completely impressed by this hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms, helpful staff, and some of the most attentive valet parking staff that you could find anywhere. Loved it!

we were staying at the hotel, so decided to check out the casino next door. Not big and mostly slots, with about 4 table games available in the evening. One nice feature is that if you sign up for a players card, after accumulating 5 points, you can get $20.00 off at the restaurant or to use for additional gaming. We both signed up and used it at the Springs restaurant for breakfasts.Slots are ok but don't pay out as well as other casinos we have been to in OK.For a few hours we had fun and it wasn't crowded.Nice diversion from the hotel and a neat way to spend the afternoon.

Beautifully done rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Our room was extremely quiet - we never heard another guest. The bathroom was elegant and had a luxurious shower.

Inconsistent maid service. Door card kept deactivating for a 10 day stay. That was irritating. Only restaurant was poorly managed. Great bar and entertainment. Beautiful rooms and lobbies. Would recommend for anyone not on a business trip. Little inconsistencies can get irritating when time is a factor.

this is a wonderfully restored hotel and spy complete with baths to its original splendor. The staff are all well trained and becon to your every need. With only 80 rooms it is quiet. Restruant and bakery are both fine.

Had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks while working nearby. Though I enjoy casinos they aren't my main focus so I enjoyed the time I did spend in there, won a little, lost a little but mostly enjoyed the friendly staff. The rooms were excellent, cozy and clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I had to force myself to get going! The pools, spa, fitness center and lounge were great too. The restaurant was very good also, good food, generous portions and reasonable prices. Loved the shopping as well and time spent in the beautiful surrounding area as well. Personally I look at the overall experience and would never plan a trip solely around a casino, so I do hope to come back in the future on vacation rather than for work purposes so I can visit the nearby sites I couldn't make it to due to scheduling. Had a fabulous and relaxing stay in spite of working 10 to 14 hour days most of the time. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful at all times. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Tasteful decor "casino" which could compete or surpass any 4 or 5 star casino on the Las Vegas strip.

I really liked the smaller casino setting but the smoke was horrible. I really could not breath in and out. The need to get better ventillation. Casino's need to learn there are more non-smokers now in this culture than smokers. Change it. The east coast casino's have non-smoking casino's and are always more packed out than the smoking ones.

We visited the casino a couple of times during our stay. We are not really casino goers, but had a good time there. A word of warning, bring a jacket! It was frigid in there.
