Purchasing tickets started this experience off on a bad note. My sister was using a gift card, and the cashier (who appeared to be a high school student) was nice but did not seem to know exactly how to use the system. When she charged more than she should have and that was deducted from the gift card, she "oopsed" but handed my sister's card back like "We're done now." When my sister asked her to reinstate the overcharge, she left it at "I don't know how. Here's your card." End of story. My sister asked for someone else to fix the issue--and it finally was, but later we heard the fixer telling another employee that my sister had been "pissy". (Well... perhaps so after basically being told "You were overcharged, too bad, so sad" and having to ask several times before anyone cared enough to fix it.)But... ironically most of the staff were quite friendly; a wide variety of concessions was available, and the popcorn was good; and the theater (as its name implies) offered eight current-fun flicks.The theaters themselves are fantastic. Big, comfortable seats, with a slope that ensures even the person with a big head and bigger hair who sits in front of you won't block your experience.

This theater always has the latest movies to choose from, and their snack bar is very good, albeit very expensive! It is owned by the Mitchell Monopoly....and they refuse to turn on their close-captioning option for their deaf/hearing-impaired customers when requested UNLESS it's on a weeknight (maybe!) or when there's not any other patrons viewing the particular movie. They claim to be "state-of-the-art", but the TRUE state-of-the-art theaters in the bigger cities (KC, Dallas, OKC, etc.) have a sign in the ticket windows that if the close-captioning option is needed, to request it & it will be turned on. Yay for them....BOO to Mitchell Monopoly Theaters!

Clean place. Really comfortable seating. Lots of great movies showing all the time. I've been to theaters in bigger towns and been disappointed because the places aren't as nice as this one.
