Driving through OK on the Route 66 part of our extended road trip we noticed the author of "EZ 66 Guide for Travelers" extends an invitation for readers of the book to visit him. So we called the number listed, Jerry answered, and since he was close to home we could meet in a half hour!Jerry met us outside and ushered us into his gallery filled with his wonderful work. We talked of cars and Route 66 and tornadoes. He generously gave us post cards for our kids (who stayed in the van).Jerry is a genuinely nice man and I recommend his book to anyone wanting to revisit old 66, and his art prints for those wanting to experience a bit of 66 at home.
