After dinner at the Winds Cafe, we had time to get one beer before this brewery's 10 PM closing time. Wish they could stay open later on the weekends!

Yellow Springs is always a stop on the way to see my In-Laws. We love going in and getting a flight of the delicious beer. They have about 12 beers on tap and the beers range in ABV from 3.1 to about 7.0. They have plenty of sessionable beers which makes this place a great stop. Now only if we could get this beer in Akron...

Great place to stop in and have a few unique great tasting beers. They even had a food truck outside so you could grab a bite to eat. Great place and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A great place to go for all occasions. Good selection for those of you that have a taste for specialty beer.

While working in Dayton this past summer, it was recommended to me to check out the Yellow Springs Street Fair and while there, I was told, it would be worth my time to check out the brewery. After walking all around this extensive fair, which is a great experience in and of itself, I had developed quite a thirst. So I made my way to the brewery and partook of a flight of beers so I could sample more than just one. I can highly recommend the Handsome American Brown Ale and the Maxxdout American Stout! I love that my job moves me around from place to place so I can experience the local brews from that area, and I find that the smaller craft breweries have some of the best offerings.

A local craft brewery is the best place to experience a town's vibe. This one says that Yellow Springs is clever, cultured and friendly. The beers were interesting... not all my taste, but very much in line with other craft brews I've tried in Columbus and Cleveland. I really liked the Goat's Eye Belgian Pale Ale. The atmosphere is a great place to have a conversation or play board games with friends. We would certainly visit again.

Love the place. Very helpful staff. We are not experts but they took the time to explain all then differences so we could have the best experience. I would suggest getting a flight of brews for the best taste test.

My wife and I live about 4 miles from the brewery and whenever we have friends in town this place is a must have. If you visit on the weekend you can typically catch a local food truck and the beer is the freshest beer you will every taste. They brew a wide variety of beers too so there is typically always something for everyone. The staff is very educated on beer and if you let them know what you like they can assist you in finding just the beer you will enjoy. Have fun and tell a friend. Yellow Springs Brewery is a hit!!!!

We were happy to hear about a craft brewery being added to Yellow Springs so we ended our evening here. What a warm reception and great beer, cool atmosphere. Very much looking forward to visiting again!

While vacationing in Dayton, one of my sons recommended that we come to Yellow Springs Brewery. I'm not a big fan of beer, so I ordered diet soda. My sons each ordered a tasting. We sat outside on the patio. I ended up tasting quite a few of their beer samples, and I wished I had ordered as they did. Great tasting beer! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun, with several tables of people playing the various board games they have on site. The best part for me was tasting the homemade dill potato chips. They were amazing, and I bought a large bag to take home with me.

My family loves this place! My husband really enjoys their beers. It's a nice atmosphere, too, so my sons and I can join him there. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

Yellow Springs has maintained its heritage of free spirted shops, people and events of the infamous 1960s. John Lennon would certainly be proud. Now added to this cultural atmosphere is a local brewery. Lots of great selections made on the spot. It has been so welcomed it now also appears in draft at several Dayton Ohio other microbreweries. Available in growlers (64 ounces) to take home. Great for out of town visitors. Just keep it cool. A must try. Service excellent. Atmosphere relaxing.

If I lived in YS I would be here nightly. Seriously.Located in a small industrial park within easy walking distance from all the hubbub in the main corridor. Service was fast and friendly and most importantly to us craft beer people Knowledgeable!! A steady line of people coming in on a Saturday afternoon. This place is small so I imagine it gets packed on weekend nights. We ordered a flight to get a taste. All the beers were really really good and we were amply impressed.Nothing was overly hopped that we tried which was a refreshing twist for us since craft beer seems to think everyone wants hop bombs these days.Husband was a little disappointed that the two saissons were not as sour as he wanted but they were both very good. The stout was great as was the cream ale.The interior was hip and modern yet simple.I love that you can get Growlers AND Howlers. AWESOME.Beer was reasonably priced and my favorite thing? They support OTHER local businesses by offering snacks. No other food here. It is a tasting room. But they offer snacks to buy and food trucks are often parked outside. Not to mention you could easily walk two blocks to town for food. This was such a delightful little find for us craft beer people. Very impressed with our first visit.

After just one year, this little gem has gone from "meh" to "wow". Get a sampler of four and some free pretzels and your out just $5. Owners are present, friendly and love their job. Food? Nope, but that won't stop you from having Bentino's Pizza delivering your dinner. Plus, they arrange to have a different food trailer out front most evenings. I'm not talking a hot dog cart, I'm talking about some of the most creative food trucks in the Miami Valley. Or, make a picnic of it and bring your own food. Can be noisy so be ready for that. It's easier to find if you ride your bike on the bikeway because they are in a rather "industrial" looking area on the edge of town.

I'm not a huge beer drinker but here you can get a flight of beers to taste which is fun. Food is limited except when there are food trucks in the parking lot. It's noisy because of building design.
