A wonderful course, beautiful and well kept. It is reasonably priced- a great value. Usually easy to get an acceptable tee time.

We met friends there for drinks and dinner. Portions are huge, consider sharing. Limited wine selection, but adequate. Delicious food. Friendly and attentive staff. Reasonable prices.

I played the North Course while on vacation in the area. The course was in terrific shape. Reminded me of a private club in terms of quality, but it is a public course. This course is a bargain. It was crowded when I played there and that may be a problem- the course is very popular. The North course is tree-lined and tight and it's easy to hit into the next fairway, which can slow up play. In spite of the relative slowness of play the day I went, I would definitely recommend the course.

What a nice, clean, well-maintained, friendly golf course this is. Not a killer course, but good for the average player on up. The front 9 on the South course is diverse and is challenging with trees, doglegs, water, hills. The back 9, not so much, but we usually play only 9 anyway. The front 9 is among our favorite golf courses to play. We like the couple's rate that starts at 4:00. The North course is a little more challenging and scrubby because of all the trees, but there's lots of shade on a hot day and a place to have a bite after in the Bar North. Absolutely the nicest public course in the Sandusky/Huron area - and for miles and miles around, actually.

This is a great 36 hole course for golf all season long. It has the attention to detail that one would expect from a private country club but is public. Twilight rates, after 4 or 5 PM in the summer are a terrific bargain for those who work during the day. The staff is always friendly, the course is in immaculate shape and the two 18 hole courses could not be more different. The North is a more mature, tighter 18, while the South permits more creative play. Both are challenging and offer great scenery. The new Bar North Bistro is a fun 19th hole (or 37th, if you're that ambitious). I regularly drive 35 miles to play here, bypassing much closer courses.
