I knew the owner Larry many years before he purchased this establishment when he was a customer and I served food in Findlay. The West End Tavern (W.E.T.) is a Findlay landmark that was famous for its breaded veal sandwich, which I have heard was always breaded pork. Now, they are both a bar and sandwich joint. This is a more than reasonable place to grab a sandwich a a great bar to visit with friends. We got a large table, ate some great sandwiches and stayed to visit for 2 hours. Just a great local hangout and worth a visit. I had my favorite sandwich, a Reuben. And it was great. Many sandwiches are in baskets, which I don't really like, they were gracious enough to give me a plate. I always stop for lunch here when I am in Findlay.
