This is a beautiful place to pull in and overlook the lake. You really do not even need to get out of the car. There is not a lot of area to walk around but there is a stone wall to sit on in nice weather and killer views. Nice free viewing area of Lake Champlain.

We drove here, it is nice to see but didn't think it was anything special to see. Too bad we hadn't gone the night before as then we could have watched the sun setting on the lake.

Small park with a scenic overlook of the lake and the mountains. Get a sandwich "to go" and bring it here for a relaxing lunch.

Perfect place to view the lake, mountains and million dollar sunsets. Several benches and picnic tables situated around the small parking area. Very romantic!

Cindervermont

Overlook Park is a gem for South Burlington. The sunset views are amazing, the daytime views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks are terrific. Plenty of parking for a picnic, or leaving your car while you walk, run or go on a long bike ride. Overlook connects to the South Burlington bike path and Spear Street which are both great for exercisers. No bathroom though. But there is a water fountain.
