Great place to take a stroll after a long day. Beautiful scenery. Included with admission, is a tour throughout the garden with a nice lady with an adorable dog. Lots to see.

This is not to missed while you are traveling in and around Williston, Fl. Beautiful, peaceful, and amazing scenery! Take the guided tour- Lori was awesome and told us all about the grounds and answered all of our questions. Get your camera ready because you won 't put it down! The grounds are lush with beautiful green foliage, spectacular waterfalls, and breathtaking views of nature. (This is a walking tour so bring some comfortable shoes.) They do accept credit cards and bathrooms are on the grounds. Have fun and enjoy nature at its best! ($12.00 per person) According to the sign at the entrance, active duty military get free entry.

This garden is a perfect day trip out of Ocala. It's a lovely surprise at the end of a long rustic driveway. Our tour guides were super friendly and very accommodating. The garden is an amazing achievement built on the vertical walls of the abandoned mine with surrounding paths that bring visitors down into the spring fed water garden. Paths were comfortable and most have railings. There are lots of benches to stop and enjoy the many beautiful views of waterfalls, gardens and really big fish. Next time I will bring a picnic lunch and plan to stay longer to enjoy it all.

While eating at a local favorite restaraunt The Ivy House we noticed an advertisement of things to do in Williston and decided to give this a try! After living in Levy County my whole life I was shocked to find this hidden gem! According to the staff they haven't been open to the public for long. When we walked up to the office the staff was very friendly! They greeted us and right away offered us a guided tour! They had new and very clean restrooms and very knowledgeable staff. She took us around the whole garden and they encouraged us to grab lunch and come back! We will definitely be back with the rest of our family! Beautiful place and pleasant people to mingle with! Felt comfortable and got our steps in!

This is a hidden gem! The owner turned a 100 year old abandoned quarry into a spectacular Japanese-inspired water garden with huge koi, grass carp, blue catfish and a pair of white mute swan! The most amazing thing about these gardens is the amount of imagination and work that went into the design, bridges, waterfalls, islands and gardens. It had us speechless. The website doesn't do the view justice and although we found it through a friend's facebook recommendation, that page doesn't show you the immense size and beauty of this place. The owner was there working and the staff were friendly and informative. We chose to accept the tour from Lori (it was included it our admission)- She was funny, friendly and really knew the history of the garden's construction. I would strongly recommend the drive (25 mins from Gainesville). Its a total escape from the city and a spectacular photo opportunity.
