peaceful waters sanctuary

Try to go here at least once a week for "Birding". This pass few weeks have been keeping eyes on Sandhill Crane as they have been making nest and the male has been coming out and about so close to the humans. It was only about two feet away from me I could have touched him as he is so tame now. So interesting can hardly wait to see when the babies will arrive. The Wood Stork are getting to be almost as tame. So many birds such a joy to go and see. This is a real treasure for those who love to go Birding and I will be there next week also. Must check on those Sandhill's to see if they have had their babies yet. June.
