This was one of the best places we had dinner at while on the island. Great atmosphere inside or out. Kids have fun checking out all the fish in the marina (you can feed them). Food was great/Drinks were great. Music was fun.

We paid $12 cash each at the ticket sales counter in the marina store for a return water taxi shuttle on Sunday, January 4, 2015, over to Peanut Island to visit the Kennedy Bunker and Coast Guard Station Museum. We left the dock in front of Sailfish Marina & Resort at noon along with picnickers and snorkelers in a small open motorboat with a blue canopy. The operator (aka ‘Captain’) kept repeating return pick-up times were 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Yes, we all got it. After our visit and a pleasant walk we got back at 1:15 PM to the pick-up dock where we joined others waiting for the return trip. Other shuttle boat companies came and went. But we were not their customers and could not pay for return passage only. So we waited. No Sailfish Marina shuttle. It was 1:45 PM, then 2:00 PM and still no boat. Cell phone calls to Sailfish’s ticket number 561-844-1724 got a recorded message saying to leave a message. Outstandingly helpful. Finally a call to an alternate Sailfish Resort reservations number 561-842-8449 roused a real live human being who said their boat had broken down and they were trying to get another one. Obviously the Sailfish Marina, which advertises itself as “a world class sport fishing marina!” where “the season never ends”, had only one freaking shuttle boat. How safe is that? So there our group stood, marooned on Peanut Island. Flashbacks to the 1960s TV show Gilligan’s Island surfaced. Then at 2:45 PM over chugs a boat to take us back to the marina. Four women were lined up behind the ticket sales counter in the marina store. “We didn’t have a boat or a captain,” said one. “Have a nice day,” was the snarky comment from another. No refund, No nothing. Never again with Sailfish Marina. They can sink to the bottom of the ocean.

A great 90 minute boat tour on the Intercoastal with our "guide" J.R. It was fun to see some of the mansions of well-known people!

It was a very nice boat ride, well navigated and narrated by Captain J.R. Get a great view of the Palm Beach waterside residences secluded from the streetside by walls and hedges. Close up views of yachts. Looking forward to returning again.

The rates here have gone up over the years and it's clear why no one is interested in coming anymore. We made our reservation for 3 people and confirmed it. We arrived and they told us they needed a minimum of 4 people for the tour. They did not accommodate us nor acknowledge their mistake. Will continue going on the Jupiter tour-NOT here.

Sailfish marina was less than a 2 minute walk from the house we were staying at. It was very well kept and accessible. There is an art show on Tuesday and Thursday evenings on the boardwalk as well as live music. We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed it as well. The guys in our group were able to book fishing charters right from the marina as well as a boat tour of Palm Beach. It was really a nice place to come, spend the day and relax.

This is where many of the finer sport fishing boats dock. If you want to charter a boat for whatever is in season, you might make a record catch from this location. Also, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, there are many craft and art sellers on the docks for visitors. I have purchased photographs there for my home in Ohio. The restaurant and bar are busy in the evening for good reason because they have good fresh fish. You can expect to wait a long time for a table unless you arrive early. It is enjoyable place to go. I think they may take reservations. The marina also has a nice shop to buy souvenirs and clothing.

I went on a charter fishing trip from Sailfish Marina. The gift shop and bar were outstanding. The boats were great as were the captains. I had a great time.

We had a great tour with Captain J.R. He spent a lot of time pointing out the various homes, with many interesting tidbits, and very patiently answered all of our questions. He also took us around the back of Peanut Island, with a quick stop there to pick up water taxi passengers.

Traveled over to Peanut Island for the day. Good service. Snorkeling was ok, not the best visibility, and not much to it

This was a great informative boat ride. It is a small boat and you're down close to the water. Only holds about 25 people so make sure you call for reservations. It's a tour up the inter-coastal towards Palm Beach. You can see the mansions from the water and the captain is full of information regarding the owners. You can also get dropped off at Peanut Island, which looks like a good place to spend a lazy day sunning on the beach. This is tons better than the duck boat tour and the stupid quack jokes we went on a few years ago. We went on Tuesday and there were some crafters set up. I guess there are a lot more on Thursdays. We will definitely go back for lunch or dinner the next time. There was a musician playing at sunset, which was beautiful. There is a gift shop with lots of cute things . Also lots of fish in the water around the docks which you can feed. Highly recommend this little trip.

We love the Palm Beach boat tour but this time, we visited the Marina on a Thursday evening and enjoyed the art fair set up along the boardwalk.Have an early dinner at your fav restaurant and then head over here for an hour or two, walk around and buy some hand made jewelry and local crafts.

Nice calm 90 minute boat ride for $28, The captain was knowledgeable and entertaining. Parking was a bit scarce unless you chose to valet park. If you go on this tour sit on the starboard side or you will be turning around a lot.Visited March 2013

While we stayed at the Palm Beach Shores Resort we took the time to visit this unique marina. The view of the large yachts and the fish swimming around the docks was to behold. Later we had a peaceful lunch at the on site restaurant. The sea breeze coming through the open windows and the spectacular view outside is something I'll remember for a long time. Well worth the time if you stop by.Ron

I was staying at the Marriott Ocean pointe, and someone mentioned that Thursdays at Sailfish is vendor night, where local artisans come out and display their work...its called a sunset celebration from what i believe. Well, it was a rainly gloomy thur 09/12 and when we got there ...over 80 % of the vendors cancelled...however we had a BLAST... I loved it. There was a lady making homemade conch fritters.DELICOUS. OMG>>> VERY GOOD. YOu are able to buy fish food and feed the amazing amount of fish that "hang out" at the marina, parrot fish, besides all the JELLY FISH EEK.., but was like snorkeling on shore. Amazing amount of fish. Maybe its cheesy to some, but i really love looking at fish and feeding them...they were jumping out of the water trying to eat the fish food. Bought some great soy candles...great price..and she was flexible on pricing...(cash). AND the gift shop there is really nice...LOTS of shell stuff...and reasonable pricing... its a must do.
