Not usually a the country club type. We were invited by friends as a thank you for helping them with something....the food was really good...well what arrived correctly was...the server was terrible...she ordered the wrong meals for 2 out the 4 people at the table, couldn't get drink refills, or anything else we asked for...not just us, everyone she was waiting on..she had been working there for 2 weeks, plenty of time to learned the ropes better than that!...I think she actually got fired before we left...but as I said, the food was really good!

Service was quick and attentive. The Monday special of two dinners for $30 was nice to discover and it was nicew to discover the liver and onions on the menu.

The food is ok with items like comfort food, steaks and seafood. The portions are large and include choice of soup or salad. The soups are very good. I enjoy the tomato bisque and my wife gets the Caesar salad. I don't order pasta here as there are better Italian food restaurants in the area. I order prime rib or a fish dish but not tilapia which we don't like. I'll order salmon when it's on the menu and my wife will order a NY Steak. The service is good and the servers helpful and accommodating if you like some menu change like more veggies instead of a potato. The drinks are ok and before selecting a house brand, check out the brand. I like bourbon but their house brand is too sweet and doesn't stand up to ice. My wife gets their house pinot grigio and it's just fine. Their prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. Recently they opened a Tiki Hut and they serve finger food and drinks along with live music. We've gone there twice and it's ok if you just want a drink and Buffalo wings. Otherwise it adds little to one's restaurant experience. I mention it because it is there and may be something some people may enjoy. It's not air conditioned being opened on all sides so going there during the summer may not be recommended. The Grille serves breakfast at $8.95 and it's a good deal. Lunch is also good especially after playing nine holes of golf. They offer a breakfast buffet on the first Sunday of the month. Check with them first to make sure I got the breakfast buffet right.Good place to go.

While there are not many selections on their menu, the ones offered are adequate and good options. Food and atmosphere was enjoyable.

The food at the Grille is horrible and over priced.....from the very expensive feature menu down to a simple hamburger....all inedible. If you order well done - you can expect rare or vice versa. Clientele during the early afternoon have the center TV blaring above all others and the conversations are rife with profanity - definitely not a place for the ladies to frequent. But back to the food.....you would think a country club would have some of the best food in the county - but members complaints are falling on deaf ears. It used to be inconsistent at best....now it's always bad. Complaints to General Manager are ignored. Apparently you can berate the management of the Grille and threaten his life and his home complete with insulting vulgar name-calling and just get a slap on the wrist with a minor suspension for you to "cool off". Not good business - not good business at all.

Since this is a club you expect the food to be excellent, how ever it is not. It is a part of Citrus Hills and you would expect a better quality of food for the prices they charge, There are a lot of comfort foods on the menu, meat loaf, pot roast, ribs etc. All bland as can be. the membership is aging. They do a good steak but they charge quite a bit. Avoid ordering the mushroom demi glace with your steak as it is little more than mushroom gravy. The appetizers consist of the usual frozen fare at slightly higher prices. If you are a person that might like a alcoholic drink with dinner this is not the place for you. The house /well drinks come with unknown brands that when researched on the web receive poor ratings, Upgrading to a known alcohol is very pricey. The décor is aging rapidly and needs an upgrade, but the owner spent a good deal building a huge attached Tiki bar. Beautiful as it is the drinks are served in small plastic cups and the same problem with the price and the alcohol alcohol used. The Tiki bar also is not open to the public. The tvs are small and placed over the bar, tough to see or hear. some wait staff has been here for years and is excellent, most is always new. Since this is a club there is no way to get turnover so members tend to sit all night and socialize, not the best for some one depending on tips. some of the staff is very helpful while others get so offensive you have to complain to the management and they do not seem to care.

Very recently the new Tiki Bar opened, next to the Grille at Terra Vista, and the proshop of The Oaks and The Meadows golfcourses. The place looks great, very nice atmosphere, large bar area, great outside area with firepit. Many tv's to watch, interior in real good style! Food served are simple bar-bites, the restaurant nextdoor is perfect for lunch and dinner. The only lack is a good service. Very inexperienced people, they need a lot of training from their manager! Not after but before opening. You only get a first impression once!!

The sister course to "The Oaks," a full eighteen holes, which plays long. No "Senior" tees, but the fairways were in good shape as were the tees, and sand traps. Par threes will challenge you, from length to obstructions (trees, and water) Interesting play.

The food is good and the menu has a good variety. The place has the worse lighting you feel like your either in a fast food restaurant or so low you literally can't see. The place is in great need of up dating and the exterior has been under construction for over a year. Looks promising, but the restaurant it's self is in need of

The course is a nice one. Manager of the pro shop is not very friendly, but all the other workers are friendly and helpful!

First off the improvements to the Clubhouse, parking lots, and cart drop off are great! Much easier to use and better access. Looking forward to the Tiki bar opening, but in the meantime played there Wednesday and found the course to be in great shape for mid-winter. Traps were a tad "firm," but playable.

Two prime rib dinners for $29. was done extremely well. Portion was decent size, tender, cooked just right, potato and salad also done just right. Cocktails were also excellent.

A pleasant semi-private course, the Oaks is a little more challenging than the sister course, The Meadows. New drop off area and extra parking have made the golf area more accessible. The Rose and Crown is a very nice English pub, available for breakfast and lunch and full bar. Must be accompanied by a member unless playing golf.
