We went to this bar on a lark, not expecting much, particularly from the location in a strip mall with a back entrance. How much we have learned recently not to judge appearances! Initially the dark and cloistered ambiance was intriguing but we had no idea what was in store for us.We comfortably sat at the bar while Shawn and Bobby entertained us with drink preparation like no other! It was truly an unexpected artisanal performance, and having Sweetwater's famous bourbon and whiskey collection as wall decor contributed to the experience. Being regular bourbon drinkers, we were introduced to High West Whiskey - Son of Bourye, a blend of straight whiskies, which is now a fixture at home for us as well.Their menu choices surprised us as well; we were blown away by the both the amazing preparation and presentation of the meals and appetizers. The cheese tray was to-die-for.We want a Sweetwater's in the Clearwater area!!!

I have been here several times with my fiancé. Great food and drinks! It is Expensive, but worth every penny. It is consistently good. I place you must try if your in the area!

The cocktails are excellent. I had to order the Mexican cocktail. It was delicious. My sister had the savannah streetwalker which she enjoyed. The food was excellent. The Brie appetizer and the pork toco were flavorful. I had the sliders and my husband had the NY strip steak. So delicious.
