Miles and miles of great mountain biking trails that are very well maintained. There is a wide range of difficulty. Parking is no problem. If you are a biker and are in the north central Florida area, you must visit this park. You won't be disappointed. They also have great horse trails.

I went mountain biking 2 times and had a great time. The maintenance is great so you wont have any problems with anything obstructing the trails. There's a good diversity of trails, from easy flat trails, to more difficult areas with hills, so there's a variety of trails for each persons ability. Regarding the parking, I went during the week and there was plenty of space and was really safe.

Nice trails, very well maintained and nicely marked for ease of navigation and exploring. Part of the Fl state park maintained trail system and goes through some beautiful scenic lands.

Get there before the heat and humidity take the fun out of it. I bring my dog and almost always see deer in the a.m. Bring some Deet and make sure your dog has flea protection. Fall brings spectacular foliage and cool evenings for a stroll to the small pond. Trails well marked and you can do the large loop or small trail. Some down trees and roots on the west end of the trail make it necessary for good shoes or boots.

The only place, to my knowledge anyway, to get in an 8+mile run sans asphalt or concrete. It's all trails. Many are hilly but we got in 7 miles on fairly flat terrain by staying on the Yellow. Great mountain biking and hiking trails too.Parking lot has pay box on the honor system (it's only $2). Make sure you lock your car. WE had no incident but I have been told that enterprising early morning rascals like to raid cars if loot is visible.
