This area continues to decline with too many vacated stores. All stores we visited were well staffed and offered great service. Great deals and plenty of choices but the overall location has more closed stores than open. In addition the winter has caused the walkways to heave and presented some danger to those walking or with strollers. Again, stores operating were fantastic but be aware that many have closed. Not worth a special trip of shopping but can stop by if convenient.

Most of this place has closed - it's so sad since it was a nice occasional alternative to Algonquin Commons.

I used to love to shop at the outlet mall when it had lots of stores. It seems like a ghost town with a few stores that have held on. One of my favorite thrift stores moved out there and that is the only reason I visit the mall. Sad to see such prime lots go to waste.

Our two favorite stores at this outlet mall are Bass and Eddie Bauer. They always have great bargains and good quality. We stop in often.

This could be a really great place to shop - IF THEY GOT SOME DECENT STORES IN IT.This outlet mall has been gasping for crowds since it opened. Why? Because it does not have all the Name Brand outlets that most people are looking for. It could be as good as the Kenosha Outlet mall or even the Aurora outlet mall if it had more stores in it.Wilson Leather, Tommy Hilfiger - they have them but they do not have stores that draw a lot of shoppers like Coach, Sony, American Restoration - and others. It is a good place to drive to, it just needs more quality names.

Half the mall was out of business. Two empty store fronts for every occupied storefront. The stores that remain are empty, have low inventory and are poorly staffed. Choose a different mall!
