roc ice cream and golf

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here and (as always) had a great time. The building and course are kept incredibly clean. The music is family friendly. The ice cream selection and taste is unbelievable. And the staff is over the top helpful. Our family loves going here and will continue to make it a family fun night destination. For a birthday party, they are very flexible and affordable.

We have gone here with a group of friends at least a few times. We start our evening with a round of mini golf, that is both fun and challenging, yet nothing is too frustrating. After paying you can pick out your own club (to pick the right length) and colored ball - they have several to chose from, so everyone can have a different color. We have a few favorite holes, such as the one where you can putt the ball into a small stream and fish it out at the end, close to the hole. (Of course, we don't count that as an extra stroke - it's just for fun.) The course is a bit cramped, but it flows well and we never interfering with another group. After golfing, we enjoy talking and laughing over some ice cream - they have all kinds, similar to a Baskin Robbins. They also have food, such as sandwiches, but we have never ordered that. The draw back for us is the dining room is small and there are only booths lining the walls or bar stools. This means our group has to split up and talk in small groups - we would rather have movable tables we could put together. When we come as only a family, we love the booths! However, there are also tables outside that we have enjoyed when the weather is just right. The staff has always been very friendly and patient.
