shenanigans bar and grill

I have been eating lunch at Shenanigan's for many years, averaging 3 to 4 times a month. It has always been a good experience: good food and good staff… until now. The kitchen help has changed dramatically. Though the food is still good, the wait is absolutely embarrassing. In fact, though prepared, some of the food was barely warm when it arrived at the table while some was blazing hot. The kitchen staff has no clue on how to prioritize preparation of multiple meals.Once a week for the past 4 weeks I have had to wait at least 40 minutes to receive food with today being the worst at +50 minutes. And the restaurant was not crowded. I had to ask for the check and to-go boxes when the food finally arrived. Listen, the food is good but NOT THAT GOOD. I gave them a month – grace period is over; this is my last visit for the foreseeable futureIf you don't mind excessive waiting, great. If you have time for a two-hour lunch, fine. Otherwise, take a rain-check.

The pot roast was the best I have ever had. Paired with the mashed potatoes and gravy it was awesome.
