We bought a bottle of 2012 Keeling Brothers Shiraz at the Sierra Vista Elks wine fest in October last year. Got around to opening it today. Oh - My - GOD, it is GOOD! Better than I remember it at the wine fest. Super smooth, milder taste than most Shirazes I've had. Wish I had bought more than the one bottle. Oh well, I feel a road trip to Willcox coming up soon.

This was one of our last stops of the day and we were really disappointed in the overall experience. These were some of the best wines we tasted all day. We love big bold reds and they had some really good ones. But the service here was horrible. Even though there was only one other person in the tasting room, the woman who was pouring was just going through the motions at best. She got interrupted twice by phone calls from one of her kids and we had to listen to the annoying ring tone for quite a while both times. She just poured our wines without telling us anything about them. We would probably return next time we are in the area only because the wines were so good.

Kelling-Schaefer has a really great tasting room location which is right in the heart of town. This is an easy place to visit, and their tasting room is beautifully decorated and inviting. The staff here knows their wines and will answers questions about their products with ease. If you bring a class from Carlon Creek, Coronado or Zarpara you can get your tasting flight for 5$ instead of 7$.

Lovely scenery and pleasant atmosphere. The wine tasting was fun with a wide variety. There are also several other vineyards you can tour. Quiet small town. Worth the trip!

Keeling-Shaefer has an amazing tasting room right in the heart of historic downtown Willcox. I am looking forward to the opening of the other tasting rooms on the same street which should happen in the near future and which will be a great reason to visit again. We showed up in the evening a few minutes before closing and the woman running the tasting room apologized, but had to close a bit early. We came back the next morning and she was great- very informative and helpful and we had a great tasting. I am really happy we had time to go back- it would have been a shame to miss this room. I don't think these were my favorite wines in Willcox, but they do have a good variety on their tasting flight. Nice Syrahs. If you bring your glasses from the other tasting rooms in the area you get a slight discount on your tasting.

We are wine club members so we obviously like their wine. Rod and Jan (the owners) are super friendly and host super wine club events. The tasting room in Willcox is the best in Southern Arizona. Good selection of wines plus an outstanding art gallery. Their wines are reasonably priced for the quality for a small winery. If it is open be sure to try either the 2009 or 2010 Home Place Reserve Syrah. Somewhat pricey but worth the dollars.

Right in old downtown Willcox, this was a nice tasting experience in a pleasant environment. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Be sure to check out the copper art!

Great wines and a beautiful tasting room! Arizona wines are really coming into their own. Check them out if you haven't already.
