We rented jetski from this place but it sank because the patched in the bottom came off. When we return it, they took the deposit and make up stories how we broke it. Just rent in the hotel.'though the price is a little bit higher, you're rest assured that you and your loveones are safe..Plus it's covered by insurance. This place doesn't even offer nor mention that..Any BRANCH OF MALOWS JETSKI IS RIP OFF RUN By BUNCH OF JEPSY...

He gave us two yamaha 3 seater jet skis......one of them was not filled up all the way....more like a 1/4 tank and so we had to take time to fill up during our fun.....we returned skis and I told the guy working the desk about what happend...he said he would hook me up next time I come out....moral is check out the gas before u go out.

First time renting jet ski down here. Everything went fine till we got back. First don't do the flat rate gas. Go to gas station with them. Bumped mirror on the dock and it cracked. No big deal would totally pay for it and expect it to more than if I bought one myself but $250 DOLLARS for a 3x3 cracked mirror. Side note the sent us out with the other one missing. I am guessing the $250 will never see another mirror until someone else knocks it off. What a RIP! Literally there are 20 other places along the main drag. Try them first. Water was fun though. Side note: my buddies jet ski took a dump 2.5 hours down the river, not our fault crappy maintained skis. He had to wait 2.5 hours to get picked up.

After pricing jet ski rentals Malows was the most resonable we found. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband Jason and my kids had the best afternoon of the weekend on their 3 seater jet ski. We are definitely using them next time we go to Laughlin.
