We were there late Thursday afternoon and it was quiet then. Our server Jackie was just a doll and she really gave us some great tips on things to do in town and places to eat-even places besides her establishment. There were a lot of interesting people there -tourists and locals alike-Pablo Pencil was there drawing caricatures-We ordered pizza and it was really, really tasty. Crust was crispy, fresh mushrooms. Yummy! It was "open mike" night so there was really a variety of music. And we danced. We had so much fun here. Met a lot of great people. Overall an absolutely fabulous experience.

What a great place. Located in a very cool building. The bar has the old stock exchange chalkboard on the wall. Great Beer Selection and a very nice table Shuffleboard. The restaurant side appears is perfect for a special occasion or a more casual dinner at the bar. The Pizza Chef, Jonathan, made us one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Wood fire grill! We watched him make the pizza right in front of us. The man makes everything from scratch and you can taste the difference! The employees all seemed like a cool bunch. And the best part of the evening was getting a slice of the Apple Pie. All made from scratch. Jonathan told us he uses an old cookie recipe for the crust. Might have been the best apple pie I've had. If I lived in Bisbee, I would come here all the time!

It was a slow afternoon in December when we strolled into the Stock Exchange Saloon & Grill. We were the only customers, so we sat at the bar and visited with a very nice female bartender. My hubby ordered the Brisket and it was mouth-watering good. I ordered the Pulled Pork which was finger lickin’ good! BUT, the totally shocking thing was the Coleslaw! The best we’ve ever had! Hey, normally Coleslaw is just Coleslaw, right? I asked the chef about it when he popped out of the kitchen to say Howdy to another customer. He wouldn’t give me the recipe – I respect that – but he did tell me that the dressing is made with Yogurt, horseradish, mustard & vinegar. I am still experimenting to get it right! This restaurant is a great find – and we’ll be back next time we’re in Bisbee AZ!

This place is a great, central location. The food is well beyond "saloon" fare. I had the Chile Burger, and it was a burger well beyond anything that you can get from a chain joint. Nice people too, a great place to stop before or after you hike this wonderful, but changing town. Beer is OK. Go for the food.

Finding one of my preferred single Malts, Balvenie, in the bar was a great surprise: even in NYC I don't always find it in bars. The place is interesting because of the wall with the old hand-written quotes for the stock trading. I wish they had left some prices there, so we can compare... Drinks are good size, barmaid very friendly (even if completely lacking sense of humor), air stinky (tobacco), music not loud and sensibly selected from the 60's & 70s, thank Goodness for the lack of rap and disco, on my books they get extra credit for this. Pricing is very reasonable. Next time I'll try their restaurant.

A friend and I stopped at the Stock Exchange Saloon and Grill for lunch after touring the Queen Mines. Great burgers!!!! Lots of different beers to choose from. They also have pizza. Great service. Ladies were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend eating here.

Great ambiance in a historic building, great staff and owner who will have a good conversation with you. The pizza was wood-fired, sourced from organic and "clean" ingredients and far surpasses anything we get at home in Savannah, GA. I would highly recommend you check this place out on your trip to Bisbee.

Not the most appealing bar from the outside, nor indeed at first glance when you walk in, but the history of the place is very cool and they actually do some very nice food (for a pub/bar menu). They have carefully preserved the over-80 years old Stock Exchange boards on the wall, which are very cool - as the sign at the bar says (see my picture) it was the only such board/exchange in Arizona ever to have been affiliated with the New York Stock Exchange, and a nice window into Bisbee past. The bank's safe is still in the wall, in the bar, and is also very cool.I was pleasantly surprised just how good the pizza was - really yummy. They have a few local beers on tap. The lady behind the bar was also friendly and professional.I'd recommend any tourist pop in here for a quick drink or pizza and having a look at the Stock boards.

When visiting Bisbee I stopped in here. The bar wasn't too busy at 12:30 pm. I tried Hemp beer and it was very good. I was told to try the pizza but went with a cheeseburger. The bartender was friendly and answered all my questions. The Burger came out quick and it was very good for pub food. I would go as far as saying it was restaurant quality. I went again the next day and tried the Margarita pizza. Once again, it was better than average. The cook came out and asked if everything was good? When was the last time you had that happen at a bar? There was a restaurant side but I prefer the bar. The patrons were extremely friendly and talkative. I would definitely come here again. Give it a try.

Very neat place to eat. The interior just oozed of history from back in the day. The bar was very sleek with dark wood, and service was excellent. We visited during Thanksgiving weekend. It was quite crowded and everyone was very friendly and chatted with other groups outside of their own. The barbecue had a very smoky flavor, great tangy sauce, and was a good sized portion. The side of beans were also very hearty, smoky, and had meat in them as well. They had several craft beers on tap and you could get plenty in a bottle too. The bar area was set up quite nice and the chairs were very comfortable

We ate at the new Saloon restaurant in the Stock Exchange and were very pleased with the food, the ambience, the service and the prices. The wait staff was very attentive, the chef paid a visit, the noise level was low and the food was excellent.

We stopped in for dinner at the bar as the restaurant portion was closed. The bartender was nice and we had good conversations with the others at the bar. I even had Pablo Pencil make a quick sketch of me. He was sitting next to us at the bar and it made for an unexpected surprise.Like other bars in the Gulch, they were out of several beers. We're not sure what's going on there, but bars without all the beers on tap was a new experience for us. A couple at the bar extolled the BBQ pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with their homemade beans. So we gave each a try. They do not skimp on the meat. There was lots of meat on each of our sandwiches. And the baked beans are meaty and hearty. But the BBQ itself wasn't anything special for either of us. Both were tender but we didn't taste the smoke we were hoping for. I had the sweet sauce and my husband had the spicy version. Both were just okay.It was a fun time but at least in our opinion, it's not BBQ worth coming back for.

Inside area is small, but wrap around porch is great. Can people watch from porch, very entertaining. Food is good too, had pizza and bbq sandwich. Little slow on service, but we were in no hurry.

Not much on service but the decor and history of the place makes it worth stopping in for a beverage and a game of billiards. The food is decent and cheap as well.

during Bisbee's heydays in the early 1900's it was a Stock Exchange. cool atmosphere with the original stock board in place. fun place for music and entertainment. but the addition of Mark Pierce's bbq is the finishing touch. terrific brisket and the pulled pork is tender and juicy.
