Great water park for adults and kids with nice gym facilities. A very nice perk for living in Anthem

I live in Anthem and the park is technically for residents only. This is a wonderful place to ride the train, fish, play on the playground and have a birthday party. Many things to do and always a big hit with the whole family.

The volleyball court sand was rock hard, it appears that it was built without any drainage and the water system (to cool sand; or for the kids to play in in this case) just packs the sand.

The Community Center is a great asset to Anthem! It offers everything from a fitness floor to a seasonal water park.
