If you are into history and old cemeteries you have to see this. The graves are very old and several sign markers tell of the history of Wrightsboro.

Good history site. Went there on a family history journey. Interpretive markers tell the history. Wonderful old church and cemetery.

A lot of history here! One of Georgia’s only Quaker settlements and the southernmost point of Quaker migration in North America.

Wrightsboro Church is the remains of an old Quaker settlement.In addition to the church is an interesting and old adjoining cemetery.It dates back as far as the 18th Century and has some Confederate and Revolutionary War soldiers. The cemetery is in very good condition.Across the road is a typical cabin and store of the period.
