The Manchester railfan platform offers lights, a roof, and picnic tables overlooking the junction between two busy CSX lines. You can expect around 30 trains a day and foreign power is pretty common here. One negative is the scanner no longer works. There is not really anything for a family to do in Manchester but any railfan should be delighted with the covered platform.
