I also got ripped off. Got a groupon, went in for my massage. Was great. Got talked into buying my son a 190 minute massage gift certificate for Christmas. Been trying to schedule since then and can NOT get through. Called today and guess what? Number disconnected. I'm so angry.

I also but a massage as a Christmas present for my girl. Spahh has packed up and left the building. Nowhere to be found. How many of these did they sell? They must have been a decent establishment cause you could never get an appointment. People will rip you off and these types need to go to jail.

I received a gift certificate for the Spahh from my husband as a Christmas gift.I have tried several times to schedule appointment but never can get anybody.(mailbox full). I emailed received email back saying heat was broken at the spa.. Today I went over to the spa and they have closed. I want my money back......my husband paid good money for the certificate that I can't use..........Checking to find out what can be done to get my money back......How many people have they left holding gift certificates???????

I have gotten services at this spa many times and I always have an enjoyable experience! The skin therapists use Dermalogica products that are wonderful for the skin! The paraffin wax treatment for the hands are a nice addition to the treatment as well! My estheticians and massage therapists are very good at listening to my concerns and help me to leave relaxed and happy! I highly recommend this spa!!

I had a massage and facial here. Although the outside isn't all too impressive (it's in a Kroger shopping center), the facial made my skin feel refreshed and the massage put me on cloud 9.
