One of the best beaches along the coast of Algarve :) A must to visit ! The rocky coastline is very nice in that area and Marinha is probably the most scenic beach of them all!

Difficult access especially with children. Cafe has a small & cheap menu and basic toilets - best to take your own food & drinks. The best bit is the lovely beach & beautiful views - but not much space at high tide.

I highly recommend if anyone is searching for a vacation spot this is the place to and enjoy. The beaches and the rock formations are a natural wonder. There are restaurants nearby and a wonderful atmosphere just walking through the downtown area.

Very beautiful beach, accessible by a wide and easy stairway. Amazing rock structures and views. Highly recommended. Also boat trips from here or Benagil beach are highly recommended. Most memorable speedboat drive for 17.5/person for an hour.

One terminus of the Seven Hanging Valleys trail, this parking area and turnaround has nothing going for it except a bit of seclusion and a gorgeous view of cliffs, rock formations, and the ocean.

The beach to visit if you only have time for one. Many steps but spectacular views and photo opportunities. Busy in season, but almost deserted off season. Do NOT leave anything in your car, this parking lot is prey to car burglaries.Bring your camera, spectacular. The locals like to keep this beach a secret, but the secret is out. Don't miss it!

I arrival Tuesday 13. of January on Praia de Marinha. Plus 20 degrees , litl bit windy near Atlantic ocean, I was walk nearly 3 hours , its beautiful beach, nice cliffs, when you walk down by stairs , down have a bar and restaurant( for winter closed), large cactus all down over by the cliff, and small islands( only birds on top islands live ther), it was my best day ever.

This is the most beautiful beach in Algarve. Excelent view. Walking and boat tours. Very warm in the winter.

This is a lovely spot with ample parking on cliff top with magnificent views out to sea and south along the coast. the cliff and rock formations a fascinating and one would wonder how long the outcrops of rock will survive. Be prepared for the climb back up!!! Very tight for space when tide is full in.

Excellent beach, but a lot of stairs to go down. Cristal clear water and no waves, perfect for children and diving.

Nice scenery and reasonably accessible by car.Car park is also big. The beaches to East between this and Albandeira are even more beautiful but not really accessible.

It's not that far from Faro and it's worth the visit! Beautiful beach. The rocks are amazing! I went during winter, imagine how crowded it must get during summer.

Well worth a vist to this beach. Great rock formations safe for younger children. Can get very busy so get a spot early.

Stunning beach. Amazing and beautiful rock formations. We pretty much had it all to ourselves. The water however was as cold as ice.

We were there off season, end of October, the beach was empty and one of the most beautiful ones I've seen.
