eastwood park theatre

I go to Eastwood most years for the Panto & then occasionally throughout the year. Generally I go due to a few friends taking part in differing productions.The theatre is comfortable & all seats give good views of the stage. A lot of good money has been spent to make this a great local venue for amateur dramatics & I can imagine conferences here would be very successful.There is a good amount of room in each space but I would note that is with all the theatre's in Glasgow - IT GETS VERY HOT!! We were wearing our Christmas jumpers & enjoyed dinner & drinks before hand. We were all very warm & uncomfortable throughout.The bar is stocked but a bit pricey for where & what it is.There's an excellent curry house nearby & a decent Italian at Eastwood Toll. Plenty of parking in the grounds by the school & other buildings.

A fantastic small community Theater holds around 330 people modern clean and very comfortable, staff are polite and have great customer care attitude only drawback is public transport can be sparse after 10pm
