Quite far crom center, but might Be Worth a visit. But there is mot much else to see in Iași. Just a religios place.

Was there on September 12 on my way to Bucovina. Very nice and quiet place. It is a monks monastery and veryy visited for the holly water. Easy to get to and rewarding for the drive up on the hill. Go for it!

Situated on one of the 7 hills that surround the city, it has a great garden, marvellous religious icons exposition illustrating how orthodox icon painting has changed in time. The clerks are making their own wine and wine tasting are organised on request

The monastery impressed me. On top of a hill, and still in use, I liked the life going on inside it. But do ask for a guide. We were persistent and when we thought no one was interested to show us around, a monk greeted us. He was very informative and showed us around in the small museum. The artefacts are interesting, and I liked the explanations. I enjoyed the painting of Mary weeping when news was broadcast of Jesus' death.There's even a wine cellar here! Grapes are grown just outside the walls and they make wine.Don't miss this attraction: it's small, there's no hype, just the way a visitor wants it.

This is a very nice old monastery, and one can also enjoy the trip, since it is located on top of a hill, and it is a very pleasant walk through the woods to get there. Nice place to go for the Sunday mass!

This is a very beautiful and old monastery, located on top of a hill, from where there is a very nice view of the city. It is worth visiting and inspiring. I definitely recommend it.

It is ok to visit it, but there is nothing else you could do. Nobody would sit down and talk to you. And you bring your own coffee, hoping that nobody from the staff will become offended by it.

In the summer if you come and visit Iasi it is a very good choice to go to see the Cetatuia Monastery. There is on the Cetatuia Hill and the landscape is marvelous. The monastery has a very beautiful and very well maintained courtyard. The monastery was founded by Prince Gheorghe Duca. Inside the church you can admire beautiul paintings and a lot of religious objects with a great value. Peace for soul, serenity and collectedness...

bella chiesa, bel panorama, se si vuole fare una paseggiata in uno dei meravigliosi colli di iasi questa potrebbe essere quella giusta x un turista, anche se non grande trova il suo fascino durante le feste e sopratutto a pasqua quando la chiesa si riempie e diventa un luogo spirituale fantastico.

Per lavoro sono andato nella città di Iasi ed ho avuto modo di visitare questo monastero accompagnati da un Monaco del posto che ci ha fatto apprezzare il monastero e la cantina adiacente. Tutto molto bello peccato avrebbe bisogno di una bella restaurata

Bella la location, struttura ben tenuta, sicuramente da vedere.Vi e' una cantina dove si puo' degustare vino di produzione locale. Se andate nella stagione calda portate un maglione .... potrebbe essere fresco

Bellissima, molto caratteristica. Facile da raggiungere con l'auto a 15 minuti da Iasi. Da vedere anche con famiglia e bambini
