And the winter is long :) I wouldnt call it an 'attraction', it is just where the locals go on their freetime to do wintersports, take their dogs for a walk, have winter BBQ, ice-fish or just enjoy the fresh air in the winterwonderland!

This was a stunning location. There were bbq facilities available for everyone to use and the atmosphere was very relaxed. You could walk out on the frozen river, skate/walk to an island and have coffee / food or just relax.

A skating path is cleared each winter on the ice in the Northern harbour at Lulea. Once you have overcome your thought that the cracks in the ice don't seem to be affected by the lorry that's clearing the snow, you realize it's perfectly safe and indeed exhilarating walking in the sun in beautiful surroundings. Fantastic experience, but do wear ice-grippers.

Impresionante lago helado en la ciudad de Lulea, se pueden hacer diferentes actividades en el.-Caminar por el hielo, patinar y alquilar unos trineos, si vais a Lulea es imprescindible visitarlo, esta muy céntrico.
