Long walks into the sea made me very happy and I felt power of nature giving me health, well being and calm.

I loved the scenery of the pier. I regret going in winter because everything was grey and dead. I can only imagine it during the summer. There are lots of shops nearby, just make sure not to fall into any tourist traps.

To walk on this pier is the most popular thing you can do while in Sopot. It is a long wodden pier, famous to be the longer one in Europe and from here you can see the beach and the waves. Since I live in a mediterranean sea town, for me to watch at the sea is fundamental!

a walk along the Pier is a must when visiting Sopot, no matter what the weather it is a lovely walk, ( we were cold but wrapped up warm ), the view of Sopot from the Pier is wonderful especially of The Grand Hotel and the churches, the restaurant on the Pier is very reasonable, it looks like an old paddle steamer too. The Pier is history under your feet as it's the longest pier in Europe first opened in 1827.

for my 1st stay on my tour of poland, i couldn`t of made a better choice, the beach is very good, the best i`ve seen in the baltic upto now. I usually like to walk a beach from end to end but that wasn`t possible here, and cliffs at the western side of the bay, how inviting, the pier is a classic wooden white painted pier that looks the part as the only real human construction that can be seen from the beach. The walk is a pleasant 20 mins stroll with great views back towards the beach and town of sopot, the cafe at the end of the pier appears to look like the forcastle of a small ocean going steamer of the late 19th century. loads of seating along the sides of the pier allowed me to people watch the poles for a good while, the sea was calm, the sky was very blue and the seagulls were working it too, very pretty.

Had a great walk on a sunny sunday in January, very clear water, many people which added to the overall atmosphere. Very clean and quite the walk but worth it. Imagine how it would be on a warm sunny day in August - awesome!

I was there in the day a great view of the coast and Sopot, I am told it is better at night, I will save that for next time, hopefully in summer not a cold January night. Apparently the longest pier in Europe at 510 metres, so I was told anyway!

This is a definite if you are visiting Poland. Visited here while on a trip to Poland in 2013. Being the longest wooden pier in Poland, they charge only 5e to walk out along. You can book the restaurant for an evening meal but there are many other options of places to eat. its lovely and relaxing if you have a lovely summers day. it also has a clean beach which is a bonus, which has a lot of tents where you can sit and relax or have something to eat. I would definetly recommend seen this

This place should be on the top of your list if you are going to Sopot! During summer you can watch nice boats over there and during winter you can hide in cosy restaurant in the end of molo.

It just a wooden promenade but the view is nice and it feels great to feel cold sea wind on your face. Must do in Sopot. avoid restaurant on the end, its overpriced.
