St.Catherine of Alexandria Church of 14 th century is the beautiful landmark of the city. First, we take the entrance stairs of the castle from the 14th century. We walk through the Parish tower, where is located the casket for the public. Before us appears the late Roman Church of St. Catherine, the patron of the city. The church is attached to a tower, which is the highest building of the castle area. The entrance to the Tower leads on 127 rotating stairs that provide a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The castle area was in medieval a religious and administrative center of the city. Today there are worships and international organ concerts with great acoustics. In addition to these areas, the oldest building of the complex is the Romanesque Rotunda (Karner), in the basement with a charnel house and the upper part with a chapel. The entrance from the north was protected through the North Tower. The tower has a stone bridge on the outboard sides. Another bastion is the Small Tower, where is the exposure of Kremnica bells. The biggest secular building of the castle complex is the City Hall, where City Council met until 1560. Make sure you climb the odd 127 stairs to the bell tower and visit the st. Catherins church with its amazing acoustics. If you can visit it also during a holly mass or organ concert to feel its potential.

Nice castle in the center of the city located on small hill. Inside the object is St. Catharine church with nice interior and perfect acoustic (must hear the concert inside it!). There is also a tower with a beautiful views from it. You can get on the terrace passing by up to 200 stairs...

The view is not entirely unique as far as small towns in Slovakia, which is why I rated it as `average` rather than a higher rating. Обязателени для посещения костел,нам даде побывать на концерте,очень интересно!Подняться и посмотреть на панораму очень рекомендую!Очень красивый памятник!

Если Вы путешествуете по Словакии, то Кремница - это обязательное место для визита. Конечно, удобнее на автомобиле. Но есть варианты и на автобусе и на поезде от, например, Зволена. Действительно, очень красиво, есть на что посмотреть. В городке и рядом на сегодня уже открыто несколько отельчиков и пансионов. Сам Кремницкий град с костелом открыты для посещения по некоторому расписанию. Лучше даже постучаться, если вдруг двери прикрыты, поскольку похоже, что поток туристов не постоянен. Местные жители считают свой городок географическим центром Европы.

Кремницкий град с костелом Св. Екатерины заслуживает специальной отдельной поездки, если Вы путешествуете по Словакии. С башни открывается вид на окрестности. Ваше потраченное на дорогу время будет потрачено недаром и плюс к этому в этом районе есть и другие известные объекты, такие как и Банска Штявница, и Бойнице - все относительно недалеко. Добираться, конечно, лучше на машине, хотя в Кремницу можно приехать поездом, например, из Зволена или автобусом, но с расписанием надо подгадать заранее.

Кремница - небольшой, но очень живописный городок. Ездили туда на экскурсию, когда отдыхали в Турчанских Теплицах. Сам замок (по словацки - град) очень выразителен. Сам город Кремница претендует на звание географического центра Европы.

Кремница - очаровательный маленький городок с историей. Посетите замок, прогуляйтесь по тихим улочкам и посетите замечательный ресторанчик (примерно 50 метров от входа в старый город, налево под арку). Замок Вас также не разочарует:)))

Útulný komplex budov nad centrem města s příjemnými zaměstnanci. Konečně zrealizovaná prohlídka, kterou jsem dlouho odkládal.
