This is a VERY special place, we had the privilege of staying for one night at the fantastic Locanda al Convento, where Jure is an excellent host and the kitchen know about food! Do walk up the Sentiero dei Pellegrini and Cima dei Cacciatore, the effort is certainly rewarded. If you time your visit well, you might feel like you have the mountain to yourself when the last cable car has descended, and then the serenity and beauty of this exquisite place really shine.

I think this was the third time I have visited Mount Lussari (1790 m) in the summer over the years. It's one of the most beautiful places I have seen. The cable car ride, the absolute heavenly views that go on forever, a restaurant which has the most stunning location and the 16th century church in the tiny village.

I've visited Mt. Lussari three times so far.Every time it was a breathtaking experience. The drive up the mountain is an adventure all by itself and once you come up, the view is just amazing and so is the energy. There are a few restaurants, and lots of souvenir stores.Great to visit in any time of the year.It can get a tiny bit crowded, but still, a wonderful place to go to.

Sanctuary at the top of the mountain offers wonderful view and atmosphere. The Food In a restaurant is great as the atmosphere. We visited during the winter and it was impressive.

The Lussari mount is a jewel of incomparable beauty, here you can see the wonderful natural scene of majestic and high tops. This place is not only an important naturalistic site, but also a Sanctuary, the Sanctuary that joins the Slavic, Italian and German ethnic stocks.

Loved everything! If you use the city bus, buy tickets in Tarvisio because they don't sell them at the base of the mountaint.

The ski region is quite large, but the slopes are not well maintained. Cable cars are almost all new. Good for begginers also.

We visited this place in March. There were only a few people and sun was shining all the time. Great skiing at the end of ski season. I recommend everyone take a funicular up. From the top of the mountain is breathtaking view. There are restaurants with a terraces and excellent food. Down is possible to take lift again.

Visit it in the winter when there's now. It's simply like entering the fairytale! Even if you are not a ski-die-hard (for the Pista di Prampero run), it will offer you wonderful scenery. You will be surrounded by the snowy peaks (it's heaven for photographers!) and the little village is out of this era. Have an apple strudel in one of the terraces of the restaurants offering the snowy peaks view, go up to the Madonna Sanctuary cross.... even the funicular ride is spectacular. Well worth a visit!

Complimenti a tutti!
