This was a great meeting place, as well as a place to just find something to do. We had drinks at one Italian restaurant in the square, and enjoyed watching the people walk by as we savored the time spent together. There was also a little farmer's market with fresh produce, cheeses and meats, flowers, and small crafts that we enjoyed perusing. There were several boutiques and little shops that you can browse, if you have time. Little side streets shooting off from the main square also offer up some great restaurants and more shopping opportunities. If you're in Ludwigsburg, you really can't miss this area because it's pretty much the focal point of town.

strolling up and down the street is what i like to do when i travel-- I want cute and charming and this marktplatz has it. Lots of great little shops and a lovely park just off the main street. Loved it!!

Plaza central , esta la inglesia, varias tiendas y diversos restaurants . Muy Linda para recorrer la ciudad , cercana al palacio y el ayuntamiento.

Людвигсбург очень красивый городок. На маркплатц расположились друг против друга две красивые церкви. Красивые старинные дома, много кафе и магазинов

Безусловно сам город Людвигсбург заслуживает особого внимания. Он привлекает сюда сотни людей в замок, но и центр города очень красив, особенно церковь в необычно розовом цвете. Фонтан с изображением короля и множество кафе с видом на Marktplatz. Здесь можно понаблюдать за тем как суетится народ или просто посидеть и помечтать. Если вы приехали в Людвигсбург то непременно нужно найти время прогуляться по его улочкам.

Ich habe den Eindruck, der Platz wird von den Einwohnern sehr gut angenommen. Er ist ungewöhnlich gross und das geblieben, was er immer schon war: Ein Platz. Ein Brunnen in der Mitte und ansonsten viel freie Fläche. Das macht ihn angenehm. Die bereitgestellten Bänke und Stühle sind ein gutes Angebot und werden viel genutzt. Sehr relaxte Stimmung, Schön.

Der Marktplatz bildet den Mittelpunkt des Lebens in Ludwigsburg. Der Platz wird eingerahmt von den zwei Zwillingstürmen der evangelischen Stadtkirche und dem Turm der zierlichen Dreieinigkeitskirche gegenüber. Ergänzt durch die malerischen Arkaden rundum bietet der Marktplatz ein stimmungsvolles, fast mediterranes Gesamtbild. Deutschlands erster Bundespräsident Theodor Heuss bezeichnete ihn deshalb einmal als „stolzesten Platz, den Württemberg hat“. Am Abend ist der Marktplatz besonders schön. Dreimal in der Woche findet hier auch der Wochenmarkt statt. Nett sind die grünen Bänke und Stühle die man auf dem Platz an seinen Lieblingsort stellen kann. Dann kann man gemütlich den Ludwigsburgern beim "Schwätzle" zusehen und den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Площадь в городке под Штутгартом- Людвигсбург - очень красивая, старинные хорошо сохранившееся домики, кирха и веселенькие кафешки. В выходные дни много народа на площади, в будни- спокойнее. Кафе , правда , слабоваты, в основном расчитаны на пица-паста и снеки. Можно попить кофе. Для серьезного обеда лучше поискать другое место.

Meine Gäste von nah und fern sind begeistert: so einen großen und schönen Marktplatz haben sie noch nirgends erlebt. Ab 15.11. ist wieder Weihnachtsmarkt, einer der schönsten drei? in Deutschland. Achtung: Sa. + So. Abend Überfüllung und daher auch schwer, irgendwie an die Köstlichkeiten gegen Hunger zu kommen. Dann sind auch die Lokale rundum voll.

La Marktplatz di Ludwigsburg è una bella piazza quadrata molto ampia e a misura d'uomo. Vi si affacciano vari locali di ristorazione (anche italiani) e negozi; al centro sorge la statua del duca Eberhard Ludwig, fondatore della città da cui essa prende il nome. Curiosa la contrapposizione delle due chiese, l'una cattolica l'altra evangelica, che sembrano fronteggiarsi.

Toller Platz, eingerahmt von 2 Kirchen und schönen Arkaden. Das tollste ist der Weihnachtsmarkt Ende November. Ein weiteres ist die Venezianische Messe die alle 2 Jahre stattfindet.

Una piazza enorme e curatissima,si affacciano vari bar e locali con tavoli all'aperto e un bellissimo Campanile visibile dal resto della città. Qui 3 volte a settimana si svolge il mercato del paese.
