Was a little concerned about the nude areas but built up the courage to try it and the Roman Irish bath is definitely worth it. Felt extremely replenished and relaxed after it. Didn't feel awkward at all. Didn't get a chance to do the sauna but I'm sure that must be great too. Went in winter so the outdoor pool was quite cool. Only managed to stay in there for 10minutes. Has a fun round waves at the back. Would advise taking own lunch as the queues for lunch was over an hour by the time the food was served.

I love this Bad... it's very relaxing. The atmosphere is everything you'd hope for on a relaxing day. The castle over looks the bath which makes it all quite romantic feeling. Just beside the bath are roman ruins of a bath. This is located in a beautiful town where everything is close and can be seen on foot.

The Cassiopeia Therme Spa is well worth the visit. It is next to the ruins of the ancient Roman baths, and has all the modern amenities. The temperature of the pools is between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius, and is very inviting.

For the standard entry fee there are 2 indoor pools (32 deg and 34 deg) plus an outdoor pool (30 deg) and several extras. Certainly a full day's entertainment. Plenty of sunbeds and it's a real little sun-trap but even in bad weather it has plenty to offer. The food in the cafe was a little lacking in choice - probably worth taking your own.

Excellent spa complex open until 10pm. We went at 6pm after a long hot day cycling from Basel along the Rhein. Immaculate, relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, good cafe, wonderful views as the sun set.

The pools are nothing special, even if well-maintained and clean. The upstairs clothes-free sauna area is very relaxing, with a nice view on the surrounding hills. The cafeteria/bistro is disappointing: we asked for a "fitness drink" and it was simply a low-quality lemonade. Showers and toilets are not near the changing room area, which is weird! It is worth going on the first Saturday in the month, when they stay open until midnight.

Roman-Irish added little to what was available in Sauna and thermal pools. (both sauna and Roman-Irish tickets include thermal pool area). Thermal pool area gets very busy at weekends - go midweek if you want a more relaxing experience. Only go to sauna area if comfortable without the swimming costume.

As a regular, the spa used to be excellent but now, unfortunately there are often babies wearing nappies in the water. No longer is it a classy place to go.

After our trip to Black Forest, we needed to have a relax. And we really got that in Cassiopea. A nice place including all kind of water circuits, saunas and something to drink and eat. The water circuits are really good prepared, but some of them did not worked as expected. Plenty of people there, but not too crowded, because it was too big...

We had a discount card to use the facilities at the spa because we were staying in a nearby hotel. It was so well organised and exceptionally clean. Indoor and outdoor pools, with aqua aerobics, or just relax.

Most beautiful thermen in Germany I've visited for now. My lover and I visited them during the end of winter and it was a real dream. The external pool under the snow was heaven and the surrounding city of Badenweiler has a charm that many other cities in the region has long lost. I really appreciated the place given to nakedness which is very uncommon in France and really natural here. You can find everything you want, would it be pools, saunas, hammam or massages, even a restaurant and lovely views. People are really charming all around. Top experience, would do anything to get back!

We visited friends who live not too awfully far from here and spent the afternoon here on a cold March Sunday. It was the start of Easter break and was pretty crowded, but not too crowded. I don't really understand German, but easily navigated my way around and had a wonderful time with our hostess and wife and 13 year old boy. Not much else to say beyond it enhanced our holiday greatly. I recall hearing that there was a sauna, but kids weren't allowed that I didn't try.

Very nice, relaxing thermal spa, comfortable and not overly fancy. Gets very busy on weekends and during public holidays.

What absolute bliss. Only wish we had longer in Badenweiler & could therefore have spent many more hours at the Therme. It was fantastic & in such a beautiful setting. Definitely worth treating yourself to a visit. Wish we'd the time to sample some of the other facilities & treatments on offer, but sadly only got to use the indoor & outdooor pools, both of which were fabulous!
