nanou beach

Nanou is normally reached by boat (waterbus from Yialos) Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided and in summer 2014 no charge was made if you used the beach taverna. The beach is large pebbles, and the taverna operators have provided a wooden walkway from the boat mooring to the centre of the beach, thriftily made from recycled pallets.Good food and reasonably priced drinks in the taverna, there can be a problem with wasps later in the year, but if you ask the staff will provide a small burner to deter the wasps. Watch out for goats on the beach - they can smell food from 200 metres away!

This beach is most famous for goats - there seemed to be a lot and they seemed more brazen than on other beaches but friendly and inquisitive not threatening. Were quite a few wasps around - only really an issue when eating though.

The beach like many others is mainly accessible by water (a water taxi or boat services from Galios). It is a nice pebble beach with several goats roaming by. The best part was the taverna. It is not usual for beach tavernas to have good food. But I had the best chicken souvlaki there. Excellently made and vegetables tasted fresh and growned locally. Surprising for the place where everything needs to be brought by the boat.

Bellissima spiaggia molto tranquilla e mare favoloso. In luglio poche barche a motore e tutte ancorate al largo.Piccolo ristorantino molto easy, ottimo per uno spuntino a pranzo e per bare una birra fresca.

Потрясающе красивый остров Сими с очаровательными маленькими пляжами с кристально чистой водой. На пляже находится небольшой ресторанчик национальной кухни.

Η πρόσβαση στη Νανού, όπως και στις περισσότερες παραλίες της ονειρεμένης Σύμης , γίνεται μόνο μέσω θαλάσσης με τα καραβάκια -taxi . Η παραλία έχει χοντρά βότσαλα , ξαπλώστρες και κρυστάλλινα ζεστά νερά και το μπάνιο εκεί είναι σκέτη απόλαυση. Στην παραλία λειτουργεί και ένα ταβερνάκι για να προμηθευτείς τα απαραίτητα και να φας , εφόσον πεινάσεις . Η αγαπημένη μου παραλία στη Σύμη.
