One of the best bars in Hisaronu it's like a hidden secret because it's quite hidden from the main strip. The most lovely couple you could ever meet they make you feel so welcome. Their daughter is just the cutest little girl around with a brilliant character. Will sit down and have a chat with you and genuinely find the time of day for you. Lots of alcohol to choose from your spoilt for choice from cocktails to spirits to probably even wanting a hot chocolate they would probably make you one. I was convinced into trying 'camel juice' just 1 word that and that's 'amazing!!' So good gets you merry without even realising it will be going back for more Can't recommend the bar anymore if I tried I will be telling everyone to go!! Making some big changes also so can't wait to go back and see what's changed.

Amazing little hidden gem! Very friendly place, JJ an his family make you feel very welcome and can't do enough. Very chatty and happy to help with any questions about the area an what to do!Serves everything from cocktails to English tea and reasonably priced! Spent a lot of time just chilling with a cuppa on a night.Big fire pit was great feature for cold nights, interesting to see what it's like next year as looking to make big changes!Will be there again next year!

Lazy turtle cocktail bar is the best bar in hisaranu. kadir and Claire are the most thoughtful helpful lovely couple and little Elfida is the cutest little girl you'll ever see. I have been coming to hisaranu for several years now at least twice a year and lazy turtle is my first visit every time its very friendly family orientated and the children as well as the adults are well catered for Claire and kadir hamit and all the staff cant do enough to make your visit a happy one. I have had many a happy time in this bar and hope to do so for years to come it feels like my second home now and thats why many of the customers come back time and time again well worth a visit and I'm sure you'll be smitten just like me .

well every time we have walked passed this place there is some automobile parked in front of the entrance and no one is in attendance. so we would love to sample its delights but there is no one at home.

A fantastic family run bar,with great cocktails, I would say they was the best we had & the cheapest in Hisaronu. Every time you visited the bar you was always made to feel welcomed nothing was to much trouble. It has wifi, TV's, pool table, football table ,trampoline,a small bouncy castle & loads of toys for small children. There is something for everyone. Look forward to seeing you all again soon. This bar is a very friendly, welcoming, family run bar. I have been visiting this area of turkey for 10 years now and I have known Kadir (Jay-Jay) and Hamit (Jo-Jo) a long time. Claire, Kadir's wife is lovely and makes the best efforts to interact with all their customers. I enjoy visiting this bar when I am there as the atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming. I definitely recommend anyone visiting the area to pop in for a drink and I can guarantee you will be going back time and time again. Keep up the good work guys and if I don't see you in October I shall see you next summer :-) Paige xxx

A lovely family run bar, that serve amazing cocktails! We had a 21st surprise party there whilst we were on holiday & Claire & kadir were amazing & incredibly accommodating it is off the main strip but defo worth visiting. You enter as strangers you leave as friends. 5* keep up the good work! xx

We liked the Lazy Turtle. It’s on a road running adjacent to the main road behind the Shanghai Blues. Two of the old Heads or Tails bar staff are there (Jay Jay and Jo Jo) so it was great to see them again. The prices are good and the drinks are strong (If you ask nicely that is). They also have the second best wifi in Hisaronu. We went there every night and it’s definitely worth checking out.

Came across this bar by accident last night on our way back to the car and decided to stop and so glad we did. A lovely warm genuine welcome. Our 13 year old girls had the non alcoholic cocktails which came with sparklers and said they were brilliant. Got talking to the owners who gave us some good advice about how to handle the hassle you can get from some restaurants trying to get you in. We are definitely going back, especially at the very reasonable prices they charge. Try and make the effort to find this little gem, it will be worth it.

Found this fantastic family bar last year and made several returns during our latest stay in Hisaronu. Cocktails amazing, especially the legendary bucket, probably had too many but on holiday so can be excused!! Always experienced a genuine friendly welcome from Jay Jay, Clare and Hakim. Don't miss out or you will be disappointed you missed this little gem xxx

We came across The Lazy Turtle on our second day of our holiday. We had been told an old friend of ours was working there. My husband had cut his leg at the market and it was bleeding, as soon as we arrived Claire got him cleaned up The Lazy Turtle is a small bar just off the main strip that feels like home, everyone that works there makes you feel welcome, the beer is cold in frozen glasses whichy husband says is a must!!! The cocktails are out of this world too, we totally enjoyed our time in this bar (every night!!!) and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Claire, Jay Jay, Jo Jo and Billy for making our holiday perfect xx

Well where do i start, firstly id like to say the staff are really friendly and Helpful, secondly the chef cooks amazing food and thirdly the atmoshphere you are welcomed into is calm, collective and entertaining the music is to die for definately one for the holiday album,The home made Camel Juice took off my feet to a whole new level, Claire, TC Jay jay and Hamit are very friendly hosts and they give you a good vibe, i thoughrally enjoyed my time with my friend and boyfriend and i met some more Amazing friends within this fantastic cocktail bar especially Claire and TC Jay Jay Kadir and Hamit 3 friends worth staying in touch with.

It's not best bar in hiss but it's a nice little place if you have a little one 0-18 months English girl makes you feel really welcome, I would love to see the place next year as she told me the plans she has for it... And yes we tried the famous camel juice which was quite good

What a wonderful family run bar. Thank you Jay Jay, Claire, Hamit, staff and of course Alfreyda for many fabulous evenings. We recommend this bar to both couples and families. Nothing is too much trouble. Do yourselves a favour and find it!!!!!!
