puppet museum of bruduheimar

This is one of my favourite attractions in Iceland. A lovely museum, puppet theatre and cafe, with friendly people. One thing I dislike though is that the entrance fee to the museum is quite high, compared with similar museums in Iceland. There is also no pricing information whatsoever on the Bruduheimar website. This is not just very annoying for potential visitors, but possibly a breach of Icelandic consumer law. I hope that Bruduheimar will fix this, as it is a shame, and not fitting for such a lovely place which prides itself on its friendly and personal customer service. Poor or non-existent pricing information on websites, in restaurants and shops is quite a problem in Iceland, and I think Bruduheimar should make a point of showing a good example here.

The hotelier recommended we visited here. It doesn't take long to go around the museum but it is very interesting and is it in a lovely position on the shore with a tea room looking out over the water.
