chernihiv glory memorial

As in many cities of post-Soviet countries, Chernihiv also has WWII memorial. It is located on the top of the Boldin Hills. No matter that it is hard to smile while watching at eternal flame on the grave of unknown soldier, there is quite nice view to the city that can bring a happy moment.We (a couple) recommend you to visit this place for one or another reason if you are in the city.

Interesting site. A lot of local newlyweds come here to depose flowers on their wedding day, interestingly. The monument is quite impressive and up on the hill you have a nice view of the very green surroundings.
