the brewhouse

Just went for a casual coffee with family and kids. We waited about 15 minutes before we had to call a waiter over to order. Ordered a cherry and chocolate muffin which when it came out, after the kids has eaten some I discovered it was chocolate and pistachio. I took it up to get it changed and eventually when they brought over the right one not only was it cold (I had asked for it to be warm) the waitress asked me to check and see if it was the right one. I suggested that they were lucky my kids weren't allergic to nuts and suggested that I shouldn't have to pay for such a stuff up that took them 10 minutes to sort out. She was very rude and walked off. No need to be so rude to a frequent customer when it could have been handled so much better over something that would cost them nothing to fix. Hats off to the waiter that we paid as he was professional and apologetic.

Everytime we get our Coffee it's never up to par. Considering it's a speciality, dissappointing. Has happened a few time now.

We only had our morning coffee here but it was pretty good. A bush place and good service. The staff were friendly and attentive.
