Can't fault them really. The people working on the lifts are very friendly and helpful. Great to see - makes you feel very welcome!

The Lifties at Falls Creek are the friendliest bunch of dedicated workers in Australia. Whether you are brand new at skiing/boarding, or an old hat, they show caring and respect and ensure your ride is a safe one.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too hard, very helpful to families. Good to see some more mature staff here as well.

Friendly, helpful with the right touch of fun! These guys know how to put people on and off lifts with minimum fuss and waiting.

At the end of September 2014 there were still most of the lifts operating and the snow was in good condition considering the warm weather.

What more can I say? Everything runs like clockwork and there is plenty of friendly staff on hand to help.

Fantastic snow, lifts and staff. From the smiling staff as you bumped onto your lift chair to the lovely bar staff at the cock and bull, it made our stay at Falls Creek a holiday we'll never forget and hope to repeat every year!

We all like Falls Creek, great place to ski but hate paying so much for a days lift pass. Dearer than Europe. Whats the story guys. Want us all to go overseas?

The lifts at Falls Creek were conveniently located and open at convenient times. Lift operators were very friendly and helpful.

Said it in the subject. Friendly and attentive to beginners and experienced skiers alike. They slow the chairs if you need it.

The ticket system introduced last year is a good concept but not well managed. There are lengthy queues to buy a daily pass, we waited for 40 minutes when we should have been able to process online. They need to have a lane set aside for those who already have cards but the system doesn't allow updates which it appears there are many of us. The banks finally learnt about queue management, how long is it going to take for the lift company to catch on?

Ski lifts located around the villages are perfectly placed near accommodation to make the quick trip up the mountain. Great for the ski in and out. Friendly staff , very helpful

Short one - Picture perfect day - lifts not working. No refunds either. They had no idea when they will open. The excuse was a "terrible wind". Hard to believe as the previous days all worked in a nasty full force blizzard that was pushing you back.

Queues can be badly managed and refunds or credits on wind hold days are promised then not delivered without pushing them hard

Some of the lifts are very slow which is problematic in cold winds [Drovers and Scotts]Lift queues were short which we enjoyed
