Lake Tali Karng is accessible only by foot but well worth the 9hr return trip. Hidden between mountain ranges this lake offers crystal clear waters and pure serenity. With plenty of campsites near by it is worth taking two or three days to hike in the area and enjoy the beauty of the Apline national park and give yourself ample time to spend at the lake.Be sure to pack sturdy shoes and get a map of the area, the tracks are hard to find in places and the terrain can be fairly rugged but the rewards well worth it.
