snorkel safari gold coast

I have inquired twice this week about snorkel trip on the gold coast and have not had a reply - even after following up to ask them to respond. We are travelling to Gold Coast this weekend for a holiday. I am on the phones all day so have emailed them asking questions and to get back to when I haven't had a response. I won't be booking with them and will make sure I let others know not to bother either. Very disappointing.

The great snorkeling near the island was indeed excellent and we saw many Turtles, brightly colored fish and some corals.The day started with us being on the Whale watching boat instead of the snorkeling boat despite us giving the skipper a voucher which clearly read SNORKELLING TOUR.This was eventually sorted out when we raised it during the briefing, 5 minutes later we would have missed the snorkeling as we would have left the jetty on the wrong boat.Crew on the snorkeling boat were pretty casual but all had a good time except for one lady who was clearly very unwell in the small swell conditions. The skipper of our boat completely ignored the unwell lady and the rest of the passengers while we waited for the divers to return.Time for these guys to get serious or get out of tourism!

Been for a few dives with these guys now. The customer service is SECOND TO NONE. For a trully great day out give them a try. Snorkel, Dive, Whalewatching. They have the boats to do it all. Never ( yet ) been Whale watching with them only Diving, but that'll happen. After at least 8 Trips with them I've never spoken to a snorkeller on the boat that hasn't raved about it.If on the Gold coast, make a trip with these guys a must do. I give them 5 stars, only 'cause 6 aint available.
