The visitor has the best cotton displays and collections of local product for sale. Also the staff are friendly and knowledgable. Well worth stopping in.

This information Centre is full of useful booklets, maps and the like of the Narrabri area and also local areas and attractions further afield. The staff were really helpful too and helped point out places I was after. There's interesting information too of the Narrabri area and it's local economy.

Anything and everything you ever wanted to know about cotton and cotton farming - includes a REAL cotton picker! Love the seasonal miniature display!

The lady at the Visitor Information Centre was very helpful. She told us about the town and surrounding areas and provided all the brochures.

We were, unfortunately, travelling through town and couldn't stop. Although stretched our legs at the Information centre. Great centre! really opened our eyes up to Narrabri. if we didn't have pre-booked/paid for accommodation in Lightning Ridge we would have spent more time in the area. The Cotton harvester being a hit with the kids (young and old)!

They were able to suggest activities that were suitable for the children in the area. Great combine cotton harvester for the children to view and sit in

So much to look at, I had a group of primary students. They loved 'driving' the cotton picker and learned so much about cotton growing without being lectured to. Great display.

Our 5 year old loved being able to climb on the harvester, feel the cotton and turn on the rotating bits. The other images and information was very accessible for kids

A friendly reception after a long drive. Receptionist privided me with a list of accommodations and directions to the library for free internet use, which was for an hour - excellent for travellers!Although I didn't spend long at the centre, I was impressed with the location (easy to find) and the building itself - modern and spacious. Thank you!

Wherever we travel, we always try and stop at the local visitor information centre. You can always find things to do on the internet but it's much quicker and easier to speak to someone from the area. Staff are always helpful and assist in the decision making process of what to see, especially if your time is limited.

Great place for all the information you need to get around the area. Informative too about the industry in the area and great local bits and pieces for sale.

Plenty of informative brochures and a team that knows the area well. Clean rest rooms too!A walk around the adjacent park is worth while.

Extremely helpful. Wonderful display in the centre. Accessible to the travelling public. Provided assistance in obtaining accommodation. Except expect dated advice towards the end of a week. The centre advised they ring around to all accommodation centres on a Monday regarding the status of bookings for the week, but does not update their data base until the following week.
