Was a good day out with the kids but the tickets were a bit pricey especially when you consider that they weren't all open all the time. We didn't go on the water slide as we didn't buy enough tickets. The toboggan was my favorite it went so far down the hill. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice.

Great day out with the family, not a big theme park but lots of fun things for the kids. Roller coaster, toboggan, water slides, go carts, mini golf, plus more. Take advantage of the bbq's and make your own lunch.

I liked the free entry! We paid for the carpet ride and water slides. We enjoyed both. The black hole shldn't be under-estimated.

When you pay $142 for a family of four all the rides should be open at the same time and not limited to sessions. Wondering when you can and cant go on a ride is dissapointing and worse if this is a cost cutting meassure.

Thank You for your review, Magic Mountain does try to cater for all age groups. We have a new instalment now that is perfect for your teen, and even the 10 year old, which is our Tree Climb Challenge, although ticketed separately from Magic Mountain, it is an attraction all on it own. It consists of three courses, over 30 challenges,11 flying foxes ranging from 2- 15 Metres into the Tree Tops. Your session lasts for one and a half hours. with our rides we do run alternations in quiet periods, but with no queues most find that they get good value from their Unlimited ride passes.

Thank you for your review, We do try to cater to all family types and provide as much information as we can to ensure you are purchasing the best value for your family. A four year old can accompany an adult on just about everything, even the roller coaster if they make the height requirement. We offer individual tickets which may have been a better option for your family, in this particular case. We offer free entry which other parks do not offer. You able to come in and investigate, before making a decision. It is definitely a good idea in our peak periods to purchase on line, with priority entrance you get straight in.

I am sorry you found one of our attendants to be less than hospitable. We pride ourselves on our customer service at Magic Mountain, and the majority of our feedback is extremely positive in regards to our staff. Any participant on our rides need to be able to operate them safely, this is for the safety of those using them, and the other participants on the ride. We offer carers bands to those families with children who have special needs and allow them either to ride with the child or if they are an older child we make allowances for you to ride in front of them in the case of the toboggans. If you decide to join us again in the future this may be something to consider.
