Amazing, would have liked to have gotten a little closer to the rocks though, was a little to far away.

Very well cared for area with the huge granite Standing Stones making an awe inspiring scene! The Excalibur Sword makes a great photo opportunity for those with a sense of fun! There is a café on the grounds in a lovely stone cottage however we did not go inside. Definitely worth taking the time out to visit.

Was a nice stop off for a picnic. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and attempt to extract the sword from the stone. We were lucky to see the gorgeous rose gardens in flower.

worth a look ,has little cafe on site, didn't try meals thought they may have had shop selling Celtic items but didn't, didn't take long to visit as not a real lot to see

We were very short on time so didn't have a chance to get a good look :-(. Will definitely check them out on the next trip!

Beautiful kept grounds, clean, tidy and very Celtic. Our only issues is that we had about a billion flies fighting us for the area. Lol

Firstly you're greeted at the base of the park a beautifully presented sign with gold lettering, and then up the hill you drive to a large park, and there standing in front of you is this beautiful landmark. The designs of tables and bbq area are very interesting and tie right in, with a few other pieces to look at. Only downside for us was we were visiting in summer and there was a HUGE amount of flies. But it is definitely worth the look.

Granted, there's not a HUGE amount to do here, but it is worth a look.Great place to relax too - beautiful lawns, and the stones themselves are lovely. There's also a park for the kids, and even a small cafe with lovely people.Definitely worth the time if you're in Glen Innes.

we went to bowling club for a meal, great Chinese food. RSL was not recommended by a local. Seemed like a nice little town

We drove up here for the sunset. What a lovely area and very well kept. I wish we had more time to spend there.

A small version of stone henge stands on a hill overlooking the town of Glen Innes with a stone built café attached.

Although man-made, this circle of stones is impressive, on a nice setting. There's power in them thar stones. Anything constructed like this is worth opening one's mind to, as there is energy in these huge blocks of granite. A worthwhile stopover. Plus it's free.

While we were in Glen Innes we visited the Standing Stones on the recommendation of the staff at the Glen Innes Visitor Centre and were pleasantly surprised. This is an amazing monument to the early settlers of this region.

We arrived just before sunset on a full moon, the space is very relaxing and peaceful. Yes it is man made but that doesnt take away anything from the place! If arriving during the early afternoon stop for cuppa at the local cafe at the stones or bring your own and just sit outside and take in the atmosphere.
