As an experienced rider I know how important it is to look after the horses and make sure that visitors are part of a positive experience in contributing to their care and wellbeing. This is why I was delighted that the trail ride was well supervised by experienced riders, the horses were happy and healthy, and riders could enjoy well schooled horses. As a parent, it was comforting to know that my kids were in good hands, and the leaders took the time to brief the kids. The terrain was beautiful, as was the wildlife. A terrific experience, highly recommended.

Although very friendly people and well educated horses I was hoping for a bit more free rein as an experienced rider. Kids had a nice 1 hr ride as novice and lead rider, but for myself and my partner that are experienced riders, well it was a bit dull. But we had a sqizz around, will be glad to get back to our own horses and our hills, partner having a half day trek tomorrow hopefully a bit more of an invigorating ride!

Thanks Linda for the 2 hour ride around the property, Brendan and I enjoyed ourselves! & thanks for filling us in on everything thats happening in the snowys!

A group of us went for a two hour ride in May. Linda and Nev have a team of very good horses who are responsive, well trained and reliable. Oh, and the countryside they have access to for the rides is beautiful. I highly recommend this place if you want a more interactive experience with your horse and don't want to just play 'follow the leader' on a bored horse.

Lovely horses, cared for, beautiful setting, knowledgeable guides. Def recommend. Helped our 2 small kids have an awesome experience too

We stayed at Penderlea and ended up doing a 2 hour ride on the day we were leaving. You get a little discount as a guest so that was nice.It was a lovely ride, the beautiful horses were very calm and responsive, a friendly guide and beautiful property to ride through. The only negative was that the ride was about 1.5hours rather than 2 but it was still great.
