Thank you for your comment. We appreciate your feedback. At this stage our distillery is a couple of months away. Our copper stills will be installed shortly and then we will start to make our very own single malt Whisky. In regards to our range of chocolates, we do have an extensive range of chocolates from our sister factory as well as our very own rocky road, freckles, coconut roughs, frogs, bars of chocolate and hearts which are made on site in our chocolate production room. We apologise that our chocolate staff member was not available immediately. At our factory we promote our staff to be multi skilled in chocolate production, kids freckle making and chocolate sales. We hope you are able to visit again to view the improvements to our establishment.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we do sell chocolates that are made at our other chocolate factory in Junee. The ones we sell here are the same price as the ones sold in Junee. Here in Corowa we produce different varieties of rocky road, chocolate bars, chocolate freckles and coconut roughs. These are made on site in our chocolate production room which people are able to look at. Soon we hope to have a more extensive range of our own chocolates. We hope you will visit us again. We are sorry we are not doing more presently, however within the next two months we plan on opening the distillery as well as doing chocolate production five days a week. As I am sure you are aware these things take a lot of time, money and council approval. As small business owners we are doing our very best to meet the needs of our customers. Thank you for your review. Yes, this building from 1920 does have a lot of history. Hopefully in the next couple of months we will be in full chocolate and whisky production. Once this has been established we plan of having guided tours which will provide a informative and engaging experience for our customers. Currently visitors can make their own 'giant chocolate freckle', walk through our new function rooms, look through the windows of our chocolate production room where we make rocky road, taste our large range of chocolates and grab something to eat or drink from our cafe.

We have been doing lots of work on the back section of the old flour mill where the single malt whisky will be produced which should be completed soon. Thank you for your review. Yes, children are able to make their own giant chocolate freckles. We do have the chocolate production room in which people can look through the windows and view where the rocky road is produced. We also make all our own freckles and bars of chocolates which are done behind glass windows so people can view it. We hope to have chocolate production 5 days per week in our large chocolate production room in the future and we will also provide guided tours which will provide and informative and engaging experience for our customers.
