krinklewood vineyard

My wife and I have visited Krinklewood Wines on a number of occasions and regard it as one of the best and most interesting wineries in the Hunter. Located about 8km south of Broke on the Wollombi Rd, Krinklewood is a delightful boutique winery which provides a unique point of difference to the many winery options in the district.Owner and vigneron, Rod Windrim, employs biodynamic and organic techniques in the production of the Krinklewood wines which across the range offer excellent quality at a very reasonable price.The winery and visitation area is absolutely delightful with the provencal influenced buildings and setting. Service has always been knowledgeable and friendly and to enjoy a wine tasting with cheese plate under the trees with peacock walking by is one of life's pleasures.I would strongly recommend on any visit to the Hunter Valley wine district.
