aquafun avoca lake

A lovely way to spend an afternoon on Avoca lake. Choice of stand up paddle boards, single and duo kayaks, pedal boats etc to choose from all reasonably priced and in good condition. The lake is quite shallow for the most part but there are a few deep spots. We got a duo kayak $25 dollars for a half hour and $35 for the hour. The staff will keep valuables such as car keys while your on the lake. Recommend this place!

Great time. You have a wide range of watercraft to choose from. You have single, duo and quad ones so that you can take the littlies. Plenty of exercise to be had.

The staff are so lovely! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The venue is beautiful. We were guided to the local bat colony which was really cool. Safety is taken seriously and the equipment is in excellent condition and good working order. Our kids loved the experience. Best aqua fun business on the coast!

This place is an absolute favourite with my family and friends.From the edge of the lake you can hire a wide range of aquatic equipment including kayaks, stand up paddleboards, peddle boats etc. The people running it are very helpful and provide buoyancy vests for kids and adults if required. They will give you a quick lesson on how to use a board or boat if you're unfamiliar. The kids will simply love getting out there and having fun but for the adults, the chance to explore Avoca's lake offers some great scenery and wildlife watching - it's like a mini trip to Kakadu without the crocodiles! I recommend the kayaks or surf skis if you want to move along at a fast, efficient pace. The peddle type boats are fun for the kids but a slow way to get around.Have fun!
