pieman heads adventure tour

This tour begins in a 4WD, moving into an all terrain vehicle (bit like an 4WD dune buggy) and finishes on a 70ft river cruiser. We were picked up from Corinna and to the Granville Harbour then taken along the coastline between the harbour and Pieman Heads.Very different, very remote, very magical, very memorable.This dramatic coastline, seen by few people, is very rugged and very exposed than. Huge sand dunes, rocky shores, secluded coves, shipwrecks, and so much more are all yours to enjoy under the enjoyable and knowledgeable company of (name eludes me) a true, blue local.After a two hour, or so, adventure we were drop at the entrance of the Pieman River where after enjoying a freshly made picnic lunch (included in price) we boarded the vessle to cruise up the majestic Pieman River past the pristine rainforest and back to Corinna. (see my other review)The nearest landmass due west of Pieman Heads is Argentina, 18,000 km away!If you are after an amazing day away from the "touristy" track, then this is the day for you.
