The hosts of this cafe encourage the local musos to have jam sessions here, and mostly on a weekend. If you are passing through, it is worth stopping by. The food is delicious, fancy burgers, light meals for lunch, and the staff cannot take too much trouble to please. That is why the place is so great.

Had a coffee on a Sunday afternoon, and obviously this is where the musos hang out. Great ad hoc and spontaneous music and a lovely friendly atmosphere! First impressions I thought it might be a bikie hangout, but how wrong I was!

We had breakfast here on the Queens Birthday long weekend while passing through from Launceston to Hobart. It was a great little place for breakfast and the staff so friendly. Coffee excellent, value good, cute atmosphere, all up we really enjoyed it. If you're passing through and it's open, do yourself a favour and drop in, even if it's just to say g'day. Owners are lovely.
