Must taste the cab sav and the reserve shiraz. Graham is entertaining and very humble. Recommend all to visit this place first in Mclaren Vale.

Only a small winery but very friendly, informative and made us all feel welcome. The wine was nothing special but very reasonable in price. Ample parking for such a small place

While visiting McLaren Vale III Associates (makers of the fabulous Squid Ink Shiraz), it was recommended that we visit Graham Stevens Wines to try the Arrogant Cleanskin (Graham will gladly tell you the story behind the name!), the best value cleanskin in McLaren Vale, allegedly! We weren't disappointed and bought a dozen for $110, along with his other brilliant reds and fortified shiraz. This wine is top quality and sourced from a small, boutique vineyard, just what we prefer. Graham is friendly, knowledgeable, has vast experience in the wine industry (ex Coriole), has a wicked sense of humour and is extremely engaging. Do yourself a favour and make the journey out to his winery, you won't regret it if you are a lover of reds and fortifieds.

Do expect bells and whistles here, what we got was old Graeme in his overalls sitting in his shop front. Plenty of stories from someone who knows his wines. A real character, loves the ladies so take a photo opportunity. His wines are up there with the best but at an affordable price.A must visit if you like a big big Shiraz. Thanks Graeme for the experience.

We were lucky enough to find the wanted man serving us when we went there for a wine tasting. We were not disappointed, he was well informed about his wine and and offered us food ideas for the wines we tried. When we had flown to SA, the problem for us was get the wine home to Perth in WA. Graham had the answers ready and we left very pleased with both the wine and the wine maker! We have his email and will be ordering more as we need it

Stopped in at this cellar door as we were in the area and were served by Graham himself. Genuinely friendly, informative and certainly passionate about his products. Everything tasted well and was excellent value. The Family Shiraz is an excellently priced solid red.Well worth a visit.
